ADHD IS OKAY!

I'm Dr. Marian Camden, here to tell you women with ADHD that you aren't some kind of defective, scattered mess.  You are different.  You are special.  And, believe it or not,

you are absolutely beautiful,

just the way you are!

Something important is happening: women and girls are finally being recognized for what they've always had. Between 2020 and 2022 alone, new ADHD diagnoses in adult women nearly doubled— not because something changed, but because we're finally asking the right questions.

Women with ADHD tend to be creative, intuitive, deeply empathetic, and wonderfully out-of-the-box thinkers. They also tend to feel things intensely, struggle with organization, and carry the quiet exhaustion of a brain that never quite shuts off.

If that sounds familiar, you're in good company.  As a psychologist who understands and cares a lot about how ADHD really shows up in women, I'd love to help you understand yourself more fully — and make life a little easier. You deserve that.  â€‹If you would like to learn more about your awesome self and about working with Dr. Camden, reach out here.
